- passwords stored only at users PC&
- end to end authentication, dual passwords required for login
- retains OS-level access controls already in place on PC
- multiple failed log-in attempts will result in lock-out
- session time-out after defined period of inactivity
- no remote session data stored on I'm InTouch servers
- standard firewall ports 80 & 443 used only, eliminating need to open ports on firewalls
- Turn your computer off when you are not using it and remotely "wake it up" when you need access. (I'm InTouch Premium Only)
It is unsafe to leave any
trace of your remote session, especially in an
unfriendly environment such as a public Internet café,
where you never know who the next person using the computer could be. Therefore,as a responsible vendor, I'm InTouch leaves no trace of the remote
session on the client PC when you terminate the remote control session. This ensures that your security is never compromised and that you can confidently access your PC from anywhere, even a public computer.
