Q. What does the Download link on the List of Computers screen do and when should I use it?

    A. The Download link is one of two easy ways I'm InTouch Premium provides administrators with to install the client software on their PCs.

  1. The "Download link" option on the List of Computers screen allows administrators to directly download and install the client software on the PC they are sitting at by clicking on the Download link. The "Download link" option can also be used if you did not receive an email with installation instructions when you activated the license or if you need to reinstall the software on a computer. Each Download link is associated with a single I'm InTouch Premium license.



  2. The client software can also be installed from the download link in the "Activation email." This email contains step-by-step instructions for installing the client software. The "Activation email" is automatically sent to the "Activation Email Address" entered when activating an I'm InTouch Premium license. This method is useful for instances when you cannot physically reach an end user's computer to install the software and can instead send the instructions to the end user.
