Q. How do I remotely wake-up (power on) my I'm InTouch Premium computer?

    A. To wake-up your I'm inTouch Premium computer:

  1. Go to http://locator.01com.com.
  2. Use either the Single (left-hand side) or Multiple (right-hand side) PC Locator to begin accessing your shut down computer. If using the Single PC Locator method, you will be prompted to enter the Remote Wake-Up password for your computer.
  3. I'm InTouch Premium will detect that the PC you are trying to access is shut down and inform you that it is waking it up.
  4. The software will check every 30 seconds to see if your computer has finished starting up.



  5. When I'm InTouch Premium indicates that your computer is ready for remote access, click OK.
  6. If using the single PC Locator method, you will need to enter your User Name and Password to finish logging in.
  7. Once connected to your desktop, enter the My Desktop password for the computer to begin controlling it.

    Note: Remote Wake-Up requires another I'm InTouch Premium computer on the same network to already be on to     send the wake-up signal to other shut down PCs. For more information, please consult the FAQ's.

Engineer Stays InTouch

I am a Mechanical Engineer with my own consulting business.  I work out of my house and travel to clients' offices most days.   When I get to a client's location, invariably there will be a file that is missing, or something that I need to get from my computer at home.
